- 6 eggs
- 3½ oz Fat; I use Kerrygold Irish grass fed unsalted butter. It is okay to substitute other fats
- 1½ cup Almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Note: a mold is required for this recipe; see notes section below.
Melt the fat to liquid form.
Add eggs to bowl and loosely mix.
Add and mix in fat.
Add almond flower.
Add baking soda.
Mix all ingredients into a batter.
Pour batter into molds, approximately ½ cup in each mold.
Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
Let cool, then cut in half prior to use..
Buns should be refrigerated if stored and can be toasted.
